7. Third-Party Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for all content published on your websites.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEO Site Manager, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or publish using the Services

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to the Services at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails or your account is past due
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use of the Services poses a security risk
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. We will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account recovery. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination if you wish to retain it.
